Wellzher Corp LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

WELLZHER CORP LIMITED GOLF PRODUCT WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURER'S MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS FOR UP TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS REQUIRED).  ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY WELLZHER CORP.  THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES, MISUSE, IMPROPER CARE OR ALTERATION.

"LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE, AND THE PURCHASER AND ANY CUSTOMER OF PURCHASER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL OTHER GUARANTIES AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY WELLZHER. IN NO SUCH EVENT SHALL WELLZHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT WELLZHER SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OR REASON FOR SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WELLZHER'S LIMITED WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE STATED HEREIN ABOVE."

WELLZHER CORP WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, ALTERED OR FABRICATED BY A THIRD PARTY
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; BAG STRAPS, HANDLES, ZIPPER PULLS, PUTTER TUBES, TOPS, BOTTOMS, FABRIC FADING OR WEAR
CONSUMER ABUSE, NEGLECT OR MODIFICATION
SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS
SPECIAL EMBROIDERED ITEMS
ANY COSMETIC BLEMISH

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM A WELLZHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE OR FROM AN AUTHORIZED WELLZHER RESELLER. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE WELLZHER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.  PLEASE CONTACT US USING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  1. EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. PLEASE SPECIFY THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WEB ACCESS YOU MAY CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 1-888-851-1058. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  2. INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT WITH THE MERCHANDISE AND PROPERLY PACKAGE THE ITEM(S). WELLZHER CORP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO BE SHIPPED TO US.
  3. CLEARLY AND LEGIBLY MARK THE RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
  4. SHIP THE MERCHANDISE FREIGHT PREPAID TO:

YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN TWO TO FOUR WEEKS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF YOUR GOLF BAG.
IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE GOLF BAG IS COVERED UNDER OUR LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY, WELLZHER CORP WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE GOLF BAG. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SIMILAR BAG MAY BE SUBSTITUTED AS A REPLACEMENT. WELLZHER CORP WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU.
IF THE DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY, YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU. WELLZHER WILL CHARGE $20.00 TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK.
THE BAG WILL BE DISCARDED IF THE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT PAID.

CUSTOM ORDERS

A 50% deposit may be required of total value at time of order, for all logo custom work, ask one of our Sales or Customer Service representatives for details. Custom orders, embroidered orders or special order products which are non-standard in anyway, may not be cancelled. We must get artwork approved before we start embroidery or silkscreen process. Custom order form and artwork will be sent by mail or e-mail for approval.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

If a shipment is received short or damaged, you must call WELLZHER Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of shipment, so a claim can be filed. Notate all variances or damage on your signed Bill of Lading while the driver is present. All shortages and damages must be investigated by the delivering carrier, prior to replacement. If replacement is needed, we will track all orders before reshipping.
